That disconnection was necessary to make you an individual in your own right, but you are not disconnected from the universe, your connection with the universe is one of consciousness. You cannot see it, so you have to go deep down with great awareness, watchfulness and you will find the connection."

For 28 years I didn't know what I wanted to do in my life. I have worked in many different fields trying different things, never feeling that I belonged. After 2 years in India 1991-1992 I decided to change my karma (path) in order to have a better life.

In 1993 I decided to go on a journey deeper into my spiritual soul to find my true self or higher self. I always felt that there was a bigger plan to life than that which we see through our eyes and understand with the mind, which is beyond our understanding. I realized that there is a grand plan to life.

I realized that if we are on the right path in life, then things will flow and fall into place like a puzzle. When we are not on the right path things will not work out so easily, it will be like constantly swimming up stream. The Universe always gives us signs and shows us the way; we only need to learn to listen to nature and read the signs.

I always looked up to people who knew what they wanted to do in their lives, to be a doctor, engineer etc … I never knew what I wanted to do, my path was not clear, although I always knew that I wanted to be happy (don't we all?). My father always said to me that I should study computers as they are the future. I told him that to complete the circle of the world we need all the professions. Imagine a world with no doctors or people cleaning the garbage. Everyone is equally needed to complete the whole and oneness.

I told him that if I studied computers I would fulfill him and not myself, his happiness and not mine, so if he loves me he would want me to be happy and should be patient until I find what fulfills me, to find what I want to do in order to reach my potential.

So in 1999 I decided to deeply cleanse my body by doing colonics, something I learned from a friend back in India in 1991. I needed to clean my body from toxins and much more. At the same time I learned Reiki with my humble Master Paritosh. This was an amazing life changing combination. I experienced a Satory for a lengthy period of time. Sat in Sanskrit means truth and Satory means a sudden understanding of truth or a fleeting glimpse of a higher order or understanding. Basically I understood what I was looking for and what I am meant to do in my life. Everything became clear to me, I felt at home for the first time (home is not a physical place, but a connection inwards). The feeling was amazing. During this time I cried out of happiness every day from feeling so connected to the universe and all humanity and knowing why I was here.

Every day I would go to sleep feeling excited and looking forward to the next day to go out and play with the world, happy like a child the day before its birthday. I was so full of vital energy I only needed to sleep a few hours a night. I was living in Manhattan at the time on Central Park West, working for an outdoor advertising firm. Three months later I was in Thailand building a retreat center. Today, after years of teaching Reiki and combining it with colonics, I can share my personal experience with you that a clean vessel is a good one. The fusion of these two programs is the best alchemy to find the inner self and live to your full potential.

It's all about becoming balanced and in tune with yourself and becoming the Master of our own self. Be happy, follow your dreams and visions, live life fully. Listen to your own intuition. Many people are listening to everybody else and are conditioned by society (media, friends, family etc ...), they are not listening to their own self (intuition); they are not connecting with the source. Reiki and many more tools can help people to go inward and connect with their own self (divine source).

Dr Mikao Usui received the enlightened wisdom of Reiki healing energy on Mount Kurama in Japan during the 19th century while he was on an extended fast and meditation. A great wellspring of Reiki energy issued through the spark of his enlightenment. Dr Usui recovered the 'lost ' knowledge of how to access and transmit the life force energy called Reiki through hands on healing. From this wellspring, a great river of peace and healing flowed through the teachers and students who were, and are, blessed to receive Reiki empowerment. All Reiki lineages are issued from that sacred source and it flows through the hands of Reiki Masters and practitioners of all nations, cultures and religions to this very day. The Reiki attunement opens us as a channel of universal life force energy, but Reiki itself cannot be taught; it has to be experienced. Some people feel this energy while others see it as light, color or mandalas. The more we use this energy the better channels we become and the more freely it flows.

It is the same with Reiki, the more you use it and the more experiences you have with it, the more you will know how to use it. One who attempts to keep this energy for himself will never benefit as fully from this beautiful gift as someone who shares it with others. Experimentation with Reiki will allow you to find out for yourself how this energy can help you advance in your development and in the journey of life. Listen to yourself, no Master or teacher can tell you what is good for you. You are the only one who ultimately knows what is good for you.

My vision has always been for students to connect together all over the world and share the phenomenon of giving and receiving Reiki so I have been adding photos and e-mails of students to my website to enable these beautiful souls to connect/unite with people they resonate with from all over the world. Reiki is something that connects everybody; it's a great way to find a spiritual community, and most importantly to share Reiki and practice because the way to be a good vessel is by having experience.

I can definitely say that even though we are floating in this pool of refreshing life giving energy we have forgotten its presence and can no longer grasp its physical and psychological effects on our health. People are not connected to themselves. Colonics puts people's bodies in a detox healing state and helps them to be open, sensitive and receptive to feel energies. It also helps to remove the armor that we have built around ourselves; allowing people to be open like a lotus.

When you clean your body and space your spirit is sanctified. To clean your body of toxins, metals, bacteria, parasites and stress, use colonics, the Universal Life Energy from Reiki, organic produce, crystals, essential oils, good nutrition, drink large amounts of water and try to spend time in a natural clean environment and in nature.

In 2007 a Shaman named Diana came to Koh Phangan. She had been a clairvoyant for 35 years. In the session I had with her, she told me that in one of my past lives I was a Shaman (medicine man/healer) in Mongolia and in my last life I was enlightened. After I saw her I was confused because I didn't know how this information could help or benefit me. It took me over a year to understand that this was a confirmation of my Satori in New York and that I have come back to help humanity.

Now in 2009 I have decided to go to Europe to teach life connecting retreats and also to share this alchemy and inner wisdom with people and to run these retreats worldwide in the natural settings of Thailand, Bali, Costa Rica.

Thank you to Mother Nature for guidance and much more beyond words. Thanks to the divine for allowing my soul to come back and be a vessel to help bridge the man-made gap between our fellow human beings and nature so we can all live in harmony again.
